On site pickup is free. Available time windows when winning bidders can collect their won items are always posted with the ACES Online auction description.

1. Wait for the whole auction to end, then you will receive your invoice via email.

2. Sign into to auctions.aces.net or www.bidnextdoor.com to view and pay your invoice.

3. Once your invoice is paid you will receive an email to schedule your pickup slot; you can also schedule your slot in your favorites/ dashboard area of the site.

You may hire any shipper, mover, jobber, or delivery person of your choosing to collect from our auction location provided they can collect the items within the advertised pickup window.

ACES Online Timed Auctions are often at an Estate Location (a private home or otherwise).

If you are not available to collect merchandise within the specified times listed in the Auction Pickup Terms, ACES may be able to pack and transport your materials to our facility in Stamford, CT for you to collect at a later date by appointment. There is always a fee for this service. Items transported must be picked up within 15 days of transport or additional storage charges will apply.

Contact the Auction Manager to confirm the pricing and availability of these services before bidding.

ACES is not a shipping provider. Please bear in mind that the online/ on-site nature of our timed auctions is designed around the assumption that winning buyers are capable and willing to collect materials from the posted pickup location, within the posted time period. Any arrangement that does not involve you collecting material within the confines of the pickup location and pickup window will carry additional charges.

If you require shipping as a service ACES will make every effort to accommodate you, but we must pack your items for local transportation and then deliver them to a local shipper who will pack the items for you and ship them to you at your expense. You are responsible for any fees ACES may charge for this delivery, plus whatever charges you have agreed upon with the shipper.

Conversely, if your shipper is able to collect your won items from the ACES Online Auction Estate Location on your behalf we can release to them at your direction for no additional charge.

We strongly encourage bidders to contact the auction manager before you bid to discuss your needs, and also contact the shipper you are considering for a shipping quote. Shipping and handling charges being more expensive than estimated by us, or by a third party, is not a basis for the cancelation of any auction sale.

Merchandise remaining after the pickup times described in the Pickup Rules will be considered abandoned and shall be forfeited by the Buyer with no refunds. Abandoned Merchandise may be disposed of or resold by ACES to offset handling costs without further notice to the purchaser.
